This Is Why Rahul Gandhi & Congress Must Say ‘Sorry’ To Indian Judiciary

In the last few months, Congress Party has been pinpointing at the Indian Judiciary for the biased approach. The Party members even tried to create a rift within the Judiciary and called for impeaching Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra as the Judiciary didn’t find convincing content in calling Justice Lodha’s death a ‘mysterious’ one. Time to time, various Congress members have tried to humiliate members of the Indian Judiciary and instigated Judges to take sides. Interestingly, in the Karnataka Election episode, the Supreme Court has been proactive and has effectively quashed the Karnataka Governor Vajubhai Vala’s decision. BJP has to prove majority in the Karnataka Assembly and the Supreme Court has slashed the countdown from 15 days to 24 hours. 

 No doubt, Congress and JD(S) had been calling for such and the Supreme Court has swiftly ordered the diktat without any hesitation. Is Rahul Gandhi going to apologize to the Indian Judiciary? Rahul Gandhi and Congress have brought enough disrepute to Indian Judiciary. Not only that, they have tried to create a divide between the senior advocates and pitched for discriminatory attitude. Now that the Supreme Court has ordered in favor of their appeal, suddenly they are simply too happy. The deliberate arrogance of Rahul Gandhi has created an aura of Judicial discomfort in India, which is sad and unfortunate for the common mass as they have ample trust and belief upon the Indian Judiciary. The way senior Congress leader and counsel Abhishek Manu Sanghvi praised the Judiciary as ‘justice never sleeps’, has yet again exposed the opportunistic stance of the Congress. This implies, whenever the Court is going to give an order against the favor of Congress and the Gandhi family, the Congress Party will go all out to defame Indian Judiciary. This is absolutely shameful and if Rahul Gandhi dreams of becoming the Prime Minister of India someday, he has to apologize to the Indian Judiciary unconditionally.
